M.S. Apartment

2014 |Santiago, Chile

The design for Apartment M.S. was created for a single man using a 1960s aesthetic and a masculine register. We developed a large, multifunctional space where the living room, game room, and bar coexist with a kitchen and dining room.

We chose blues, greens, and turquoises that combine well with the apartment’s architecture. We mixed hardwood and interior plants with wallpaper that also alludes to wood, providing a more welcoming atmosphere to this large, open space.

“The large cabinetry next to the living room stores movies and books as well as the bar, unifying the space’s multiple uses.”
